7. INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS
You have several rights about how we process your personal information. These rights include the following:
- The right to access any personal information we may hold about you.
- The right to rectify any inaccurate personal information we may hold about you.
- The right to have your personal information erased in certain circumstances, for example, where it is no longer necessary to process your personal information to achieve the purposes of the processing, where you object to your data being processed for certain purposes (for example, marketing purposes) or where your personal information is processed unlawfully; and

The basis on which we process your personal information.
We will process your personal information where this is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override these interests. Legitimate interest means our organization’s interest in conducting and managing our business to enable us to provide the best possible service to our members and offer the best possible and safest experience on our website. We take care to consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before processing your personal information for our legitimate interests. We do not use your personal information for activities where the impact on you outweighs our interests (unless we have your consent or are required or permitted by law to do so). You can obtain further information on how we assess our legitimate interests about any potential impact on you in respect of specific activities by contacting us.
In general, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal information, except for sending direct marketing communications to third parties by email or SMS. You have the right to withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority at any time in respect of data protection matters within your jurisdiction. However, we would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you approach the supervisory authority, so please contact us first.
Data retention
We will only retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
In determining the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm resulting from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes by other means, as well as any applicable legal requirements.
