SAMBA : Stress-activated microRNAs by biomechanical assay for diagnosing and prognosing adolescent idiopathic scoliosis

Summary

This study aims to develop and validate a panel of circulating small non-coding ribonucleic acid (RNA) molecules called microRNAs (miRNAs) that can be used to predict the risk of developing a severe scoliosis among symptomatic children at the earliest stage possible. This panel of  circulating microRNAs represents the core component of our test prototype termed ScoliDxTM.
